Joseph Mercurio
Joseph Mercurio is an Australian lighting designer, educator and production specialist with more than 30 years' experience across theatre, dance, opera, education and live performance.
His career has taken him from professional production and venue management into senior educational and technical leadership roles in Australia and internationally.
Joseph splits his time between Thailand and Australia and is currently Head of Lighting Design and Senior Lecturer at NIDA. He has developed and delivered theatre technology and production education across secondary, vocational and higher education.
This combination of practical theatre experience, venue operations, technical expertise and educational leadership informs Mercurio Entertainment's approach to facility planning, technology, education and professional development.
